HGH Side Effects
The human growth hormones are found naturally in our body. It is produced by the pituitary gland present in our brain. So the side effects of HGH on our body are rare.

Since most of the treatments involving HGH are short-term treatments, the side effects, if any, are minimized. We can also reduce the intensity of the side effects by lowering the dosage of such hormones. When there are an excess amount of growth hormones present in the body, there are chances of side effects occurring. It starts from growth of connective tissues and facial bone, that results in protruding jaws and eyebrow bones. Some of the side effects known to excessive use of HGH are:
• Premature death
• Abnormal enlargement of the body parts
• Excessive hair growth on the body
• Very low blood sugar
• Retention of excessive water
• Thyroid damage
• Liver damage



Here are some of the side effects that may be caused due to excessive usage of HGH:

• Hypoglycemia: production of excess insulin leading to very low glucose levels is known as hyperglycemia. After taking HGH, the insulin level is increased in the body, so people have chances of getting hyperglycemia.

• Extended belly: when this hormone is taken for body building, the belly starts to protrude out if not taken as directed.

• Acromedia: the abnormal growth of bones is called as acromedia. The HGH cannot cause this condition, but it can increase the speed of the disease in the people who already have it.

• Joint pain: HGH is known for growth of the body. Thus the joint pain in their body will be fairly temporarily.

• Carpal tunnel syndrome: A pinched nerve can cause carpal tunnel syndrome. This could result in loss in movement of the hand. This occurs in people who do not take HGH as directed by the doctor.
